  1. Good luck both! I'm doing Slimming World. I'm not a runner not even for the bus but my friend has completed this and totally inspired me. I have just finished day two. On day one I had to walk round five but today I walked half of six and part of seven. Upped my distance too! Hoping day three is even better. I might need to repeat all or part of this week before moving on but I think there's an improvement
  2. Week 1 day 1 for me. I have never been a runner, don't even run for the bus! Been inspired by a friend who has completed C25K! I thought I was going to die! I walked round five but ran the others. Felt a bit of a twit in the local park but I did it! I'm going to do strength training tomorrow. Time to bust out Chalean Extreme again!

Just finished day 1. I thought I was going to die but I ran all but round five when I walked. Felt a bit of a twit in the local park but I did it!
  4. I have just finished day 1,it's good to hear Busybee630 that you could tell the difference by the end of week 1!I had to walk the 5th run. Thought I was going to die but I ran the rest!
