  1. Thanks Trish I must say my hips are aching tonight, but I do suffer from Arthritis in lots of joints so maybe I have made them a bit angry. I am in pain anyway so it can't ge worse :-P
  2. Well the title is self explanatory I hope, I am female and decided to try the couch to 5k as a way of losing a bit of weight and toning up. I do a deep aqua swimming class once a week (think high impact aerobics in a diving pool with a float belt on) which lasts 45 minutes but have noticed that I put weight on far too easily these days! I found the first week relatively ok, today (day 3) was a bit tougher but I did it all the same. I am always surprised how the 8 run/walk cycles seem to go quicker than you realise. Here is to a weekend off, and start week 2 on Monday
