About Me

I woke up January 1 weighing almost 300 lbs. the heaviest I have EVER been. I decided then and there I was killing myself and things had to change. I made it my mission to get healthy! Here it is June, and things have changed! I just won our biggest loser contest at working losing 16.2% of my initial weight! I run 15+ miles a week! (that will continue to increase!) I have registered for my first Half Marathon scheduled in November! Running the Rock and Roll Series in Las Vegas!
