Hey! I'm 31 mum of 4 and started this programme 4 weeks ago and today finished w5d3! I was really worried about this run but been telling myself for 2 days I can do it and I did! 4 weeks ago I struggled to run for 60 seconds today did 20min straight!! I have considerably more to lose than 10lb I used to hate running but doing this somethings clicked and I love it!

Hi all, I'm clare I'm 31 overweight and unfit! Bmi of 27.7 hate what I see in the mirror and fed up of feeling lazy and can't be bothered to change it iv lost 11lbs in the last 13 weeks but it's too slow and I don't feel any fitter I smoke although trying to quit just completed week 1 day 1 and it's about killed me, I'm not sure how I'll get to the longer runs as today really was a struggle! Did anyone struggle like me will it really get easier? Thanks

Newbee, it's definitely mental I struggled with the 8min run but been telling myself for 2 days I could do the 20min run and tonight I did it and it feels great!
