I started running again to help me lose weight in my mid 50s, and then after a year, I quit AGAIN. That time, I pretty much walked and ran in intervals until I could run 3 miles or so just using Map My Walk. I hate exercising, mainly, but I do like how I feel when I'm done!
I had more soreness in my quads during my first week, but that's on its way out. I would be interested to know how some of you are incorporating stretches.
