  1. I have been running with the C25K app for a couple of months now. I should be done, but am struggling with week 5- mostly because my calves hurt so bad and I have to walk to relieve the pain. I bought new running shoes, and they have helped but my calves still hurt. I'm trying really hard to keep myself hydrated with water and stretch before my runs. Other suggestions?
