  1. You can do it, I just ran day 1 and it was not bad at all.
  2. I just finished my first run! I'm 55 and a good 40+ lbs overweight. I've never been much of a runner, however, I signed up for the Shamrock Shuffle so I have a goal and can't procrastinate. I'm also switching to a plant based diet. I need to stay focused and stay on track, found this app and forum and hoping this will be a key tool to assist me.
