  1. I pulled something on the back of my heel two months ago. I was up to 8 miles at my longest runs. I'm going to start again soon, now that its starting to feel better again, and am wondering if I should limit myself since its been two months?

    Knee Pain

    I was also having a lot of knee pain, and still am, but not as bad. What has helped, has been a steady regimen of core building, and a bunch of knee strengthening excercises. Squats, planks, and some resistance bands have really helped out. The muscles and connective tissue around my knees just weren't ready for all the stress I've been putting them through.
