    Sore calfs

    I am on week 2 day 2..I did week 1 twice since i am new to running. When I get to my 3rd run about 75 seconds into it my calfs are killing me and i need to walk the rest of it. I can more onto the next run but again i cant cimplete it. Any suggestions on what i can do to get past this
