  1. I haven't been fitted for running shoes but definitely seems like it's time to do so. I have flat feet and my shoes kill me so I know I'm in need of something different than what I have. Thanks!
  2. Just finished day 1 and had to stop after 15 mins due to foot/shin pain. Just felt like my feet were just pounding against the pavement and had to stop. Will this get better over time?
