  1. Hey Howard! Good going with the training. You are one day ahead of me with the program. I am still training on a treadmill, it is hard where I live to go out for a run! Good luck with the 5k runs. I have signed up for a 5k tough mudder and a 10k in July. Well done with the weight loss, keep going
  2. I have just started week 5, and didn't look ahead at day 3 until I see this post! Does anyone else think this is a big jump up this soon in the program! I am glad to read the posts though and I won't feel so bad If it gets too much.
  3. Hey I am a newbie to running and going to the gym. Since the new year I have had a complete change in mindset of getting into shape and eating well. So far so good that I have lost 2 stone! I have started week 5 of the running program today for the 10k but it's the first time I have struggled with my calf muscles being really tight and painful that I had to stop. Has anyone got any tips? Thank you Amy
