I've just started eating 1/4 a cup of sunflower seeds and drinking a lot of water after, a man may need more, but I am finding that to be helpful. That has 17 g of fat and only 4 net carbs.
I also am a lchf 'er. I just started c2k5 a week ago, (an on w2 d2 Monday. ) I just have coffee with heavy cream and coconut oil before.
