Not sure about calories never really counted them or anything like that. I generally eat the same sorts of food but I may have been eating less due to being busy but not sure. I'm up to Week 3 and have been doing that combination for a couple of weeks as I tried Week 4 and could only just completed it but felt horrible at the end.
When I go for a run I feel really exhausted quickly and don't feel like I have enough energy to last the intervals. During the first 2 or 3 intervals of my run I feel pretty good but after that I don't feel like I'm energised enough. Could this be because I'm not eating enough? Or because I'm not eating enough of the right foods?
