  2. today I finished week 5 day 3. I took a few days off before the big 20 minute run. I wasn't moving that fast but I finished. Training for my first half marathon in July and I will be 59.

  6. 6 months post cancer surgery, signed up for a half marathon in July. I did Day 1 today and feel pretty good
