JeanneD1 my first attempt I had to have mini breaks of 1min and 30sec. It's 80% mental and 20% physical. Plus a good playlist helps! Go for it and try and try again. You're still lapping those on the couch.
I couldn't jog 20mins straight. I reached 9mins then need a 1min walk, then 6mins jog, 30sec walk, 2.5mins jog, 30sec walk, 2.5mins jog. 20mins straight was just too much for me. How is everyone doing with week 5 day 3?
I've just done my first run for wk3 on the treadmill due to extreme unpredictable weather in Sydney at the moment. I pushed through and I did it! I'll be running d2wk3 outside today with a small incline. Wish me luck.
