I have been losing weight since July of last year. So far I have lost right at 70lbs. I want to see how much more I can lose but I also wanted to set a goal. So my goal is to run and complete a 5k in the second half of this year. My work schedule does not leave me a lot of free time for an aggressive work out plan so I will have to take it slow and steady. I will be using the app to help me achieve that goal. Any advice and encouragement is greatly appreciated.
