  1. Tks one and all. Will keep it up and focus on time. Quite enjoying but getting little tougher
  2. Reading the post really do help. Week 3 day 1 and it's getting harder. Don't feel I'm covering 5 kms yet though?
  3. I started last week and am 62. You have inspired me to keep it up. Used to run 10. K regularly when children were little so would love to even do 5 regularly now.
