  1. Hi, Just about to start this programme and I apologise if this has been asked before, I did have a quick look but couldn't spot it. Obviously with a varying amount of walking and running you actually cover a different distance during your session each day. I want to do this outside and, preferably, as a circuit but to do that you need to know how far you are actually going to cover. For example week one might actually be about 1.5k whereas week three is 3k and so on. Appreciate people have different strides but averaging out a few should give a reasonable figure to work with.
