I'm also a SAHM of 3. I have struggled with finding time & baby sitters in the past but this time I'm using a treadmill at home. My kids' ages are 8, 5, and 14 months. I really need to work on my diet & nutrition and staying consistent with running 3 days a week. My goal is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. My husband is very supportive. He has found his niche with work out programs and now I'm looking for mine. I will be starting Monday, Jan. 4th.
