  1. This will be my second time using this app. I used it three years ago and finished two half marathons because I started with this app. I fell of the running wags on and landed in some barbecue. Now I'm starting again @ 300+ pounds and I'm taking it slow too. Listening to my body, I'm on week three right now. Good luck T
  2. I would skip days with two rest days at the end of the week. Don't rush your body as it's learning a new activity theirs bound to be a need for recovery.
