January 2015 to May 2015 I was really successful at losing not just weight but lost a lot of inches. I went from a 12 to an 8. Unfortunately I lost interest in everything I guess I lost motivation and now have put back on all the weight I took off. I am so discouraged, but am trying not to let it keep me from getting back into working out and eating clean. The key for me was 5 small meals a day and drinking a fall of water a day. I stuck with a clean eating diet. I feel like a hypocrite telling anyone what helped me when I went off the wagon and gained the weight back.
