Hi there, I guess I should start by saying I'm new to running. I've always wanted to be a runner, but found myself giving up pretty much instantly I think because I struggle with technique. I tend to hold my breath and I have a hard time focusing on keeping my breathing even AND keeping proper form. Today during my workout, my breathing seemed good but I am SO HEAVY on my feet. I know something is wrong with my technique but not sure what or how to fix it? I'm only on W1D3
