    Just started !!!

    Also doing zenlabs 100 push up challenge on my rest days
  5. Completed day 1 on tuesday !felt great! Wendesday , was aching, thursday couldn't walk properly (especially down stairs) but still managed to complete day 2 !! Aching almost gone now! Can't wait to do day 3 tomorrow!!!
