  1. Thank you for the multitude of encouragement. I am thinking more positively. Working up the courage to actually put on my running shoes and step out. Which is more than I have done before. I love walking! But running creeps me out. Still thinking!
  2. I hate running, but I have watched a close friend go from fat to fit. She just finished an 8 mile race. Came in 10th of 100! She says this app will help. Discipline in this arena is new for me.
