  1. Having an exercise buddy definitely helps. I love listening to music when I'm exercising. You could also keep a record of everything that you are doing and put it on the front of the fridge. Some of my clients find it helpful to buy a new pair of jeans and put them up somewhere where you see them all the time. New beginnings!! They can't be old jeans as there can be an emotional connection involved which can cause a road block for you. This is usually pretty motivating for them :-)
