I love my NutriBullet. I sometimes make all fruit smoothies, all veggie smoothies or mixed with fruit and veggie. I add Greek yogurt, almond milk, nuts, etc. When I got my bullet, it came with a recipe book with all types of smoothies.
Hi. I'm am 62 year old. I started this app on Friday and even though I couldn't hang to much with the running, I did utilized the app to get a brisk 30 minute workout. It is my plan to continue on Monday. Hopeful, I will be able to build up my stamina in order to start running one day in the future.
