  1. Ensure you have a good pair of cushioning trainers for running, helps absorb impact om the hips.
  2. After c25k, you csn start 10k app at week 9.

  5. As per title,second time round using the C25k app and loving it. Just did my 3rd run of the week, week 2 run 1 and feel I could run again tomorrow. Loved running a few years back and was in training for 10k after a year of gaining strength and speed doing 5ks. Then fell off attending to other areas of life. Feeling the running bug again. Love it love it love it!!!
