Hi Timb, well since I last checked in on here I had the crazy urge to try and run a half a marathon in November. So I am now slowly working through the 13.1 app and hope to not have my family bring home my dead body from Queenstown, New Zealand in November. Thank you for your encouragement

Hi all, I am Michelle and live in Temuka, South Island of New Zealand. I have completed the C25K challenge and have now started the 10k app. I am however finding it hard to find inspiration due to the cold weather and the temptation to stay in bed in the morning when it's freezing . I am currently trying to lose weight and wanting to be healthy and to love running again (like I did as a teenager, which is about 24 years ago). Hope to be able to chat to some of you soon.
