  1. Re: the printing out the programme. When I first started i just copied and pasted each day into a word document and then printed from there if that helps. Goodluck. Michelle
  2. Hi all, I'm Michelle and I'm from New Zealand and I just turned 41 a month ago. I have recently just signed up to do a half marathon in November, yeah I'm crazy but determined to achieve this. Would love to keep in contact with some over 40s. Goodluck on your journeys.
  3. Hi Timb, well since I last checked in on here I had the crazy urge to try and run a half a marathon in November. So I am now slowly working through the 13.1 app and hope to not have my family bring home my dead body from Queenstown, New Zealand in November. Thank you for your encouragement

  5. My only advice would be is just take one workout at a time, don't feel let down if you have to repeat days, enjoy your rest days and just enjoy your first steps to becoming the new you. Good luck. Regards Michelle

  7. Hi all, I am Michelle and live in Temuka, South Island of New Zealand. I have completed the C25K challenge and have now started the 10k app. I am however finding it hard to find inspiration due to the cold weather and the temptation to stay in bed in the morning when it's freezing . I am currently trying to lose weight and wanting to be healthy and to love running again (like I did as a teenager, which is about 24 years ago). Hope to be able to chat to some of you soon.
