i tried accessing the app but it says it's not currently available in the U.S. But I got it from the App Store. How do I link the two apps

my pressure has been a little high. 145/83. It has never been over 129/80. I'm 51, overweight, and am on Week 3 Day 2. I'm going to see my doc. I figure it's a good idea to keep at it but has anyone had this issue?
