I have been through the C25K before last year when I did the CHOC Walk and this year February when I did the Blacklight Run 5K. I have since fallen hard off the wagon and am looking to regain myself. I started hitting Planet Fitness last week and redownloaded the app. Today (well yesterday Tues 10/7) was my first day using the app and I couldn't believe how hard it was for me to start over. I almost stopped on Day 1!!! I kept pushing cause I just can't quit on Day 1 30 minutes. I made myself do it. Now tomorrow (today) is a different story LOL.
I need to keep motivated so I can do more 5Ks. Those are so much fun.
Goal is to lose at least 30 lbs. and stay there...heads up, hold'em high cause we're doing this!
