Hi all! I never liked running as a kid so always stayed away from it. Until now that I've seen a friend loss weight and become healthier I decided to try this program. I've dieted before and lost 50lbs then had my second child and gained every lb back plus more. I've lost 15lbs and have kept it off. So now I'm trying to run. I'm on week 3 and enjoying it but wondering about running in winter? I'm in western Massachusetts and live in very hilly terrain. I now drive to local parks to run on flat land and know that the parks don't normally plow their paths. Any ideas? Not wanting to run in snow but will not give up. Local school does not have a track and I live on a narrow, dirt road with lots of steep hills.
