Hi everyone:
I used to be a fairly serious runner a few years ago (several half marathons and 1 marathon), but about a year ago I started having some issues that sidelined me. I've tried restarting running a few different times, but this time I chose to ease back into it with a C25K program. Did my first run today, felt really good. Running again tomorrow and Saturday, with a goal to doing a 5K in November.
