  1. I also have knee problems, have since I was in single digits. Slow pace and short strides help me. If I'm really stretching out in a run I find I use my knees more as shock absorbers which makes them really hurt.
  2. I ran/walked 3.5k or 2.3 miles in 37 minutes! I used a combo of this app and the Zombies, Run app
  3. Hey all! I'm trying really hard to get back into shape! As a kid/teen I was a competitive show jumper and I decided to get back into riding as a 22 year old. I've gained about 70 pounds since then and weigh in at about 220 and I'm hoping to change that as I start dying out at the end of my lessons. I'm about to leave on my first run after I threw some chicken and vegetables into the slow cooker! Wish me luck!
