Congrats! I'm starting week 8 myself this week and am running a 5k on September 12th. Way to go!

These forums have been a huge help for me. I also couldn't complete day one when I started but now I'm about to finish week 8. Just keep moving and remember you're already way ahead of anyone that is still sitting on the couch.
