  1. My birthday is in a few weeks and I will be 44 years old. I'm the type where if I don't exercise then I gain weight. It takes me a few weeks to get re-motivated but once I'm seeing results then I try harder. I usually get where I want to be then slack off. I've never been a runner but have always wanted to be one. I'm hoping this app will help. Now I just need to get going. Started week 1 day 1 today and it was already tough! Wish me luck!!!
