Ok, so somewhere I missed this. There are three workouts per week. So am I supposed to be taking a day off in between?

Mine does the same thing. The minute I hit start on my run, it goes to the forum with no option to see the timer. I'm only on Week 1, Day 2, but it has done it both days.
