  2. I would start walking a mile or so 3-4 times a week and see how your body reacts. If its good after a week or so I think you'd be ready for the program
  3. Hey guys! My name is Brytnie, I'm 24 years old, I'm from Florida. I'm a freelance illustrator, currently engaged. I'm on week 3 of C25K starting in a day or so! I primarily started this program to boost myweghtloss and train for a 5k coming up in February. My starting weight was 320lbs and I'm currently at 275. I have a long way to go so I am aiming to extend this program and finish it! Good vibes to everyone!
