i can't believe that after a month and a half I was able to finish c25k. I'm signed up for my first 5k next weekend, and so on the meantime I'm going to start 10k trainer!
So quick question for you all. I am w5d2 tomorrow and realized that it is the first day to have a distance requirement... But running 3/4 mile @ 8 minutes is the same pace as walking 1/2 mile @ 5 minutes... So did you ignore the distance and just do the time?

i just finished w4d1 and boy was it tough! The five minute chunks were the hardest and now I'm discouraged for week 5... I don't know if I should repeat w3 (which I had no issue with) to build up my endurance or continue chugging away.
