  1. If I understand correctly, you can do 3-6 times a week. Just make sure you take one day off to rest your mussles! I'm sure TrishE will correct me here if I'm wrong!
  2. Hi there, I've gotten the c25K pro so I can sync it to my fitness app. I've seen others have issues with this as well. Here is what I have done but it still not working... On my fitness app, I go to "more", then I choose "apps and devices", then I click on "c25K trainer pro" , then click on "connect". When I click on connect, it starts opening the c25k pro app and it goes to the home page( same page when we start a session). I tried all the setting options in the bottom of the page but don't see any applicable choice. Am I doing anything wrong? What am I missing here? Thanks much
  3. Also, is there a way to change warm up and cool down time to let's say 3 min and decrease the walking time less 30 seconds? Would the app then automatically calculate a new 30 minute session with changed times?
  4. So it's okay to do 6 days straight and then take 1 day off?
  5. Hi there, I have couple of questions... First... When I get to 5 min cool down I still find my self wanting to do more! Is it okay to still walk or run for another 5-10 minutes? Second... Is it okay to do more than 3 days a week? I feel like doing it 6-7 days... Thanks much
