Thank you! I did think about going in the morning but I don't like to wake up that early because by 8:00 it is already in the 90s. I never even thought about placing a water bottle somewhere I can loop back to that's a great idea and I will use it and I have been using sunscreen every day too.
So I live where it easily gets to 100 degrees and I've been wanting to run in the daytime because my neighborhood is kind of sketchy, but it gets too hot and I can't run for long. I need to keep going because I am training for a 5k that is during the summer. Anyone have any tips for me?
