  1. During lock down I was doing 5k's in30 minutes. No bad for a 53 year old. Now 3 years on and back to work I neglected running. I'm now back determined to get back to 5k in the same time despite the years and the extra pounds I've put on. Only you can do this and if your body can take it then I recommend giving it a go before it's too late
  2. I have completed week 1. Doing a run every other day. Think the rain waits till I'm half way round my run. Lol Find it easier with music playing. Week 2 starts Thursday. I have a goal of losing a stone and a half by my birthday in November fingers crossed
