  1. I'm having the same issues. I think I have iPhone 5. I use c25k and runner buddy. I don't even use music because I know my battery won't last. Would love tips.
  2. Yes, keep going. I had to do it everyday or I can easily stop. I just repeat the week for the other day. It helps me be consistent. If I stop it will become too easy. I'm on week 3 now and I actually look forward to my workout. Plus I went and bought work out clothing. It helped me feel official. Lol!
  3. I'm on week 3 but I realized I'm only suppose to do it 3 times a week. Yes, I am a moron. But since I've been doing it everyday I feel great. So I am going to repeat the week for the other days.
