  1. One week at a time! Remember - you can repeat runs or even entire weeks as many times as you need to until you feel ready to move on. It's not a race against yourself. Just focus on the run you're currently doing. You can do it!
  2. I'm on week 4 day 2 and I'm definitely going to have to repeat I think. Had to take a few recovery days between week 4 days 1 & 2 too. Don't rush! Injuries will set you back a lot farther than repeating until your body is ready. No shame in that. Just keep chugging
  3. I currently have an old polar but the wire in the sports bras I have to wear to keep the girls in place gets in the way of the chest band so it's forever losing contact and stops recording. Considering getting a wrist one instead. Let me know what you choose!
  4. I have a number of friends that swear by the under armour boxerjocks https://www.underarmour.com/en-us/mens/apparel/underwear/bottoms
  5. i recently invested in a new pair of running shoes from a proper running store. The lady me walk, run, try on lots of different models, then run in the ones that felt best. She thought I was slightly pronating but wasn't convinced that it needed correcting. I think I ended up with a pretty neutral shoe. The online details I found later said slight pronate to slight under-pronate. But when I run in them I feel like I'm running on the outside part of the soles of my feel. (To clarify not on the actual sides of my feet just on the outer part of the soles.) Should I take it them back and get refitted? http://www.asicsamerica.com/Shop/Footwear/Running/Womens/GEL-Cumulus®-17/p/0010248240.3587
  6. I wear 32DD. I always look for high impact in a style that goes by bra sizes not S/M/L. If you don't want wire I really like the Under Armour a Armour "Protégée" bra. Also I have actually had really good luck with the Victoria's Secret front-zip incredible and knockout bras. Recently bought a panache high impact panache sports bra in the Athleta semi annual but haven't tried it yet. I'll let you know!
  7. "Do you get enough protein?" Is sort of the quintessential annoying question vegetarians get... But since starting this new program (mean week 4 day 2) this morning) I want to make sure I'm getting enough. I always have a boiled egg with my post run oatmeal. Then I eat other types of proteins for lunch & dinner. If anyone has any meal plans or suggestions I'd be grateful. Thank you!!!
