Thanks for your comments. Hard to pinpoint where - just seems like the whole knee. But I am going to give it another try, going back a little bit probably to week 2. Almost embarrassing but you have to start where you are at, right? Ha! Another thing a friend told me last night is that if I am going to run I NEED to get a good pair of running shoes. Told me to expect to pay $100 and it would be worth it, and to use them only for running. I really do want to do this so I might consider that. Again, thanks for the advice, much appreciated.
