    Back to it!

    My wife and I started out already but felt we needed more structure to reach our goals. She wants to loose weight and do a 5k. Me I race dirt bikes but have fallen so out of shape cardio wise that I can't push when needed. Hopefully before the race season starts back in late aug. We have both reached our goals. My wife started this a few years back but pushed herself to hard and had knee problems. This time we will follow the program and not jump ahead and even repeat days as needed. Good luck to all.

    Sean, make sure you're hitting the ground with the ball of your foot, not your heel. When I started running this way, I discovered that my left leg was to the side of my body instead of the center and I was hitting with the outside edge. After fixing my stride/posture, the pain went away (still have muscle soreness when I run, but no pain now).
