I would skip days with two rest days at the end of the week. Don't rush your body as it's learning a new activity theirs bound to be a need for recovery.
There's still a bug here - C25K is failing to spot that RockMyRun is already installed. I can click on the little notes icon, and the music bar comes up and it has a little RockMyRun icon in it. Everytime I click on that I get the prompt to download RockMyRun, despite the fact that it is already installed.
