  1. It was hard for me to finish the first day, but I did it, my question is - since it was hard, should I retry the same day's excersize the next day, or push forward into day 2?

  2. I would suggest going to Day 2 since it's the same as Day 1. Same intervals. I'm on Day 3 and it's still hard, and will assess weather I'm able to move forward when the intervals change. Also pay attention to your nutrition so you have energy for you runs.
