I have always just signed up for a race and completed it one foot infront of another jogging/running the whole time. I have not run more then 1.5 miles since April 2020 when races were set down. I signed up for 10 miles April 2021. I know I need to train so I am starting with C25k and will increase from there. However, I am not a huge fan of the intervals.
