smarge117 Posted December 11, 2020 Report Share Posted December 11, 2020 So. I’ve been working on the c210k app for 5-6 months. I’ve repeated various weeks multiple times. And this week I went back to the beginning—to week 1. I still can’t run for more than 5-8 minutes at a time. I’ve repeated weeks, I’ve slowed my pace, I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I’ve been outside, on a treadmill, flat runs, hillier runs, I want to do a 1/2 marathon one of these days, but I don’t seem to be able to make any progress. Any words of wisdom?
